Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Strada Ops LLC, a limited liability company ("Strada Ops," "we," "our," or "us"), and the client ("Client" or "you"). By accessing or using any services provided by Strada Ops LLC (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Services Provided
Strada Ops LLC offers Revenue Operations services, including but not limited to CRM administration, configuration, and automation. All services are provided as described in the relevant service agreements or proposals.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and services provided by Strada Ops LLC are the intellectual property of Strada Ops unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials provided solely for the purposes agreed upon in the service agreement. Unauthorized use of any Strada Ops LLC intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment Terms
All invoices issued by Strada Ops LLC are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. Strada Ops LLC reserves the right to impose late fees or interest on overdue amounts.
4. Refund Policy
Strada Ops LLC does not offer refunds for any services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing. All sales are final, and Client agrees to this policy by engaging Strada Ops LLC for services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Strada Ops LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our services, even if Strada Ops LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Strada Ops LLC's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services provided in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of the service agreement. This obligation will continue after the termination of the agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Strada Ops LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state in which Strada Ops LLC is registered. Each party will be responsible for its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration.
10. Modifications to the Agreement
Strada Ops LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or otherwise providing notice to the Client. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your consent to the updated terms.
